Japanese American National Museum & Japantown, Los Angeles Photos

The Japanese American National Museum (369 E 1st St.) is the landmark of Japantown in Los Angeles. The Museum (1998) was designed by Gyo Obata of Hellmuth Obata & Kassabaum. The surrounding Japantown neighborhood comprises several shopping areas in traditional Japanese style.
