Colorado Chautauqua at Boulder Photos

The Colorado Chautauqua on a hill above Boulder is one of three remaining Chautauqua's in the USA. Since its opening day on July 4, 1898 it has served as a cultural & educational retreat & now is the home of the Colorado Music Festival. Chautauqua Park's heritage architecture includes an auditorium, a dining hall, a community house & dozens of small cottages where visitors stay. Chautauqua is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
