Margaret Mitchell, Atlanta Author Photos

Margaret Mitchell (1900-49) was an Atlanta journalist who spent ten years capturing the history of the Old South & Atlanta in her only novel Gone With The Wind. The apartment building (a converted mansion) in which she lived is now a museum.
