Pearl Harbor Memorial Photos

The USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor is the final resting place of 1,177 crew members killed during the Japanese surprise attack of Dec. 7, 1941. Another major site to American's war dead is Punchbowl National Cemetery, which is not only moving for its memorials, but also because of it geography being situated in the caldera of an extinct volcano (hence punchbowl) & also because being above Honolulu, the rim offers some of the best views of the city below.
