Art Institute of Chicago Photos

The Art Institute of Chicago, one of the world's top art museums, occupies a building designed for the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition. The classical structure on Michigan Avenue has been expanded or remodeled 11 times. The collections range from paintings, decorative arts, native American, oriental & African art & artifacts, arms & armor, plus many aspects of architecture for which Chicago is famous.
