Gold Coast, Chicago Photos

Between the north end of the Miracle Mile & the southern boundary of Lincoln Park is a neighborhood replete with the historic mansions of Chicagoans who built up the wealth of the city. The Gold Coast runs along the sands of Oak Street Beach. Notable buildings in the Gold Coast are Charnley House by Louis H. Sullivan & Frank Lloyd Wright, Madlener House, & the Archbishop's Residence.
