Louisiana State Capitol Park, Baton Rouge Photos

The Louisiana State Capitol Park surrounding the Art Deco legislative highrise is marked by several government buildings on Capitol Lake, the historic Arsenal Powder Magazine (1835), the Pentagon Barracks (1819-22), the grave of Governor Huey Long who spearheaded the building of the highrise Capitol & who was assassinated within it, plus the nearby Governor's Mansion.
