State Street Heritage Buildings, Salt Lake City Photos

One street east of Main Street, State Street runs from the Capitol Building to the City and County Building with a series of heritage architecture sitting between some modern highrises.

Council Hall was not only old City Hall but meeting place of Territorial Legislature when it adopted free public schools, first university & women's suffrage.
