Norfolk & Portsmouth, VA Photos

The cities of Norfolk & Portsmouth sit on opposite banks of the Elizabeth River which runs into the James River & Chesapeake Bay. The system of waterways is home to one of the largest of U.S. Naval bases. The two towns host several heritage buildings plus the Douglas MacArthur Memorial & major naval museums.
