Yellowstone National Park Tourism Wagons & Art Photos

Yellowstone National Park, America's first, opened in 1872. At first the U.S. Army was put in charge of the Park & built the roads. Railroads were pushed ever closer to the edge of the park so that tourists could get a close as possible before boarding horse-drawn stage coaches to spend several days camping while circling the attractions. Several of these wagons & other early mementoes of the park are preserved in various locations.
