The main symbol of Bremen is Town Musicians of Bremen sculpture (1953) by Gerhard Marcks which depicts Brothers Grimm fairy tale about four animals who scared away robbers & found a new life. The Hanseatic city of Bremen is also known for its brick architecture including Art Deco Böttcherstrasse (1920s) & its town hall square.
