Museum Of Bread And Art (Museum Brot und Kunst) (founded 1950) reflects the importance of bread from ancient times to the present day. Exhibits include bread making machinery, bakery signs, ration stamps and, especially, a major art collection on subjects related to grain harvesting and bread making & distribution.
