A number of pewter, britannia metal & silversmithing companies operated around Meriden, CT (some dating back to the early 1800s). Several were consolidated starting in the 1850-60s under the Rogers Brothers. This page features metalwork bearing the Meriden or Rogers Bros. name or mark.
