National Tin Figure Museum, Ommen, NL Photos

The National Tin Figure Museum (Nationaal Tinnen Figuren Museum) located in the charming town of Ommen Overijssel, and housed in the former town hall contains a very large collection of detailed & often colorfully painted tiny tin figurines often placed in dioramas which illustrate historical scenes. A highlight of a museum visit is a tin smith artisan giving a live demonstration of how such figures are made.
