Gold & Silver Mining Towns of Colorado Photos

The Rocky Mountains of Colorado are laced with gold, silver and other metal deposits which gave rise to various gold rushes and resulting Victorian towns, many of which still maintain the look and feel of the frontier of the late 1800s. Today, they appeal to travelers seeking a glimpse into history.
